Ordering

For a professional looking (and sounding) retail ready CD or DVD package, just send us your master (CDR, DAT, Reel, Mini-DV, DVD±R/RW); song list; a rough (but legible) layout of the booklet, tray card and label with instructions as to colors, photo or art cropping, placement, fonts, etc.; any photos or line art to be used; your name, company name, billing & shipping addresses, phone (& fax) number and a 50% down payment. We'll take care of the rest! If you have any questions or want a specific price quote, please call.

Editing, sequencing of songs and other changes to your original master will incur extra charges. Extra charges may apply for color type and/or screens, excessive amounts of type, changes and additions to original layout, additional photos, etc. For additional information, see CD/DVD insert printing page for specific printing charges and mastering / replication page for other CD/DVD related charges.

Turnaround is usually about 2 weeks from receipt of order, or 3 to 4 weeks if we are mastering and/or designing, depending upon changes and approvals as well as workloads at the pressing plants. Quantities are ± 10% on replication and are billed as such. Minimum initial order is for 1000 discs & booklets.

Retail ready CDand DVD packages include:
• CDR (DVD-R) Proof / back-up copy
• replication by major pressing plant
• 1000 discs on initial order (minimum of 500 on reorder: ±5% on all orders)
• up to 3 color silk-screening on CD (additional colors or offset printing extra)
• 4 color offset printing on DVD
• standard jewel box and black tray or DVD box; other packaging options available
• inserting of booklet, disc and tray card
• professional style polywrapping
• imprint, booklet and audio proofs sent via UPS and/or email
• films and plates for label, tray & booklet
• 4-color printing on front, inside (CD only) and tray
• one halftone or 4-color scan per panel
