CD (or DVD) Boxes
Our CD jewel boxes come unassembled with black, white or clear trays..  The slim boxes are 1/2 the thickness of a regular box, and take a standard size booklet without a tray.  The slim double has a hinged tray that holds a CD on both sides and is the same size as a regular jewel box.  The double and quad boxes have two normal trays and the quad box has an inner double sided hinged tray. They are twice as thick as a regular box.  The  plastic mailer holds 1 CD in a square clamshell type case and can be mailed as is.  The paperboard mailer is 5"x 5" with a tape closure and zip strip.  The jewel box shipper is corrugated cardboard and folds up to hold 1 box. The economy clamshell is a round poly case.  The looseleaf page holds 4 CDs (2 on each side) and fits in a standard ring binder- great for storage!  The cardboard sleeve is made of 7 pt. white cardstock with no flap.  The paper sleeve is 60# white paper, open on top. The window sleeve comes in white or black and has a flap and a plasticine window to view the label area.  The vinyl sleeves have a foldover flap with a pocket for graphics, or pockets for CD on front and booklet on back. The plastic sleeves are 1.5 mil poly. The resealable baggies are polyprolene and are 6" x 5" for CDs.
